How do I place my order?

Follow these steps:
Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size guide for reference.
Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
From there, you can either log in to your existing Niyaan account as a member, or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, add your phone number for tracking your order and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.


How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order, carrying your order ID and Order Date. You’ll receive another SMS and email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive.

How long will the printed designs on my clothes last?
Your choice of products from Niyaan includes plain garments (no prints), and garments with printed designs on them. For designs printed on your garment, kindly follow our wash care recommendations:
Iron only at low to medium heat
Machine wash in cold water
Do not use bleach
Do not iron on print or embroidery
Do not wring dry
Do not dry clean
Do not tumble dry

What is your return/exchange policy?
Niyaan allows returns and exchanges for purchased items within 4 days of delivery. Please note the following points for easy returns:
Please do not tear away or discard the price tag on the garment you’ve purchased/received.
To maintain hygiene standards, we reserve the right to reject returns of items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained or soiled.
Product exchanges are subject to product & size availability.
You can initiate a return request through our returns center within 4 days of delivery.
Once our support team confirms your return request, we’ll start the reverse pickup process. Once the items have been collected, we will promptly process your exchange or refund accordingly.
After the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the refund process will begin, usually taking 5-7 business days.
We can refund you either through your bank account or a gift coupon – whichever you find more convenient.
In the event of a return of a discounted item, the refund will only cover the amount that you paid, not the current product price.
If the reverse pick-up service is not available at your PIN Code, we request that you please make arrangements to ship the product back to us on your own - you have the option to receive a refund of INR 100 for return shipping costs either as a gift coupon or credited to your bank account (once the returned item passes the quality inspection).
Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for highly discounted products.

Instructions for Safe Packaging and Shipping:
Our top priority is ensuring your items arrive safely back to us/intended destination.
To achieve that, please pack them securely.
Additionally, all items must be unused and have their original tags and packaging intact.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to challenges in finding a suitable shipping partner. However, we are actively working on resolving this issue.

Sharing Personal Information

To avoid delays or delivery failure, please ensure you provide accurate and complete shipping details (e.g., your Full Name, full Shipping address with the nearest location as an identifier, exact Contact number). We collect personal information solely for internal purposes, including processing orders and providing customers with updates on their order status.

Discount Coupons/Offers

Yes, we do have discounts and offers running from time to time. To stay updated, kindly subscribe by creating an account on our website, registering your email ID, and following us on our WhatsApp for business platform.

Shipping Timeline

Order Processing & Dispatch: Typically, your order will be dispatched within 48-72 hours on business days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once it has been shipped.

Order Tracking: Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with a Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

Order Delivery: Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 4-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order.

Availability on Other Marketplaces

No, all our products and garments are exclusively sold through our website at www.niyaan.store

Return or Exchange of Damaged Products:

All our products undergo a “quality check” before being packed. However, if you observe that the package has reached you in an open condition, please take a picture of your package and immediately return it back to the courier delivery person. For Pre-paid orders, if your package has been accepted by someone in your absence, kindly initiate a return request through our returns center within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, or if the product of your choice is out of stock, we will refund your money.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we plan to do so soon. Please subscribe to our email updates, and we’ll let you know as soon as we start shipping internationally. Stay tuned! 😊
